At KirbySOS, we believe emergency preparedness should be accessible to everyone. That is why we offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.

2. Processing Times

• Standard Orders: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Weekend/Holidays: We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., during major weather events or sales), shipments may be delayed by a few days.

3. Estimated Delivery Windows

Once your order has left our warehouse, estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Domestic (USA): 3–5 business days.

4. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

5. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your KirbySOS order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@kirbysos.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States to ensure we can maintain our free shipping promise and fast delivery times.
